Mark Carroll has served in diverse roles across the health ecosystem, including care delivery and program development. His experience includes leadership positions in federal and tribal public health systems, regional and hospital-based health delivery, Medicaid systems, and philanthropic organizations. He is a recent graduate of the Master of Science in Bioethics program at Harvard Medical School.

Assistant Surgeon General (ret.) Vincent Berkley has dedicated his career to improving healthcare access and developing public health leadership capabilities among disadvantaged and under-represented groups. As a Rear Admiral in the United States Public Health Service, he held many leadership roles in the Indian Health Service, as well as special assignments in the U.S. and internationally as a representative of the Department of Health and Human Services. He is currently Provost of the Transformational Fellow Program at the NARBHA Institute where he also serves on its Board of Directors as Treasurer.
